Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality compliance.
- Process insurance verifications and patient billing inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support the overall patient experience by addressing concerns and providing assistance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a medical office or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Proficient in using office software and electronic health record systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Compassionate demeanor and a passion for working with children.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
